Sage CRM MS Office Integration

Well last week in Dublin we had the OpCo Bootcamp and some of those attending (whom shall remain nameless of course) got a sneak preview of the latest version of the Sage CRM Accelerator. Its due for release in mid February and is going to revolutionise how CRM systems work. Watch as we lead the way in innovation and all others follow....so what is it??..I guess its time to let you in on whats coming out...well as much as words can.
First off we have MS Word itegration. Imagine writing a document and being able to access your customer information from within MS Word, being able to insert their address, being able to insert any customer data, being able to use and create templates and add them to Sage CRM..all without leaving MS Word. Imagine that and more.
Next we have Outlook integration...yeah I know that there is already an integration module that ships with Sage CRM but this works differently...when you select an email it shows you the Sage CRM data on that person, you can create a case/opportunity/lead etc based on the email, you can tag new emails. Tagged emails display the relevant tagged entity record, emails can be built using CRM data from within the message. You can save emails and attachments to CRM...again all this is possible without leaving outlook.
No more will we have to bring the people to their CRM system...it will come to them and embrace how they want to work and get things done. That is the next path that all CRM systems will take...and Sage CRM will have it first courtesy of CRM Together (www.crmtogether.com)
